General Issues

To receive your item(s) as soon as possible, please send an email quoting item ref number, your location, and we will let you know the item's availability. You will then receive your total pricing which will include:

SHIPPING - express delivery for most items or shippment of your choice like FEDEX
INSURANCE - up to $1000
TRACKING NUMBER - if requested

You should receive a confirmation with your total price within a day.

Payment Options

Money order and personal checks need 15 working days for bank clearance (US and Canada).
For overseas 25 days.

If your prefer to pay by cashier's checks, money orders and cash but have security concerns, please send your payment by registered mail with a return receipt. This protects both parties if payment is somehow lost.

Item Reserve

Reserve items are available only if a 25% deposit has been made. The item will be reserved for 30 days.
Special arrangements can be made for higher priced items. Consignment items are not available for layaway unless the consignor agrees. Items placed in layaway for more than the agreed time period may not be eligible for the 7 day inspection/return policy if we feel buyer has abused the layaway agreement schedule and as a result inhibited other buyers from purchasing said item.
Items not paid for in full in the agreed time period will be restocked, and payments will not be refunded. Please contact us to make new arrangements if a problem arises. We are easy to work with and understand that financial issues do arise and we have yet to have a buyer fail to complete his purchase.
We strive to offer high quality items at a fair price, and to stand behind our merchandise, if you have concerns about an item, please do not ask us to put it on hold for you so other buyers are unable to make a legitimate purchase.


Refund Policy

We guarantee our items are authentic and as pictured and described on the site. Once you receive the item, you will have a 7 day inspection period. Should you be unhappy with any item purchased, you should contact us by e mail within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The item can then be returned to us for a full refund, provided that it is in the condition as sent. If we are not notified about the item within this time frame, it will be considered as sold and non-refundable.
We regret, but shipping and postage costs are not refundable.

We charge 15% of the sale price and $10(per item) for the web publishing. Our site is quite popular and is checked many times each day by people looking to buy WW2 German militaria.
If the item(s) is accepted by us for consignment, it will be clearly photographed, acurately described and will be offered for sale backed up by our "Guarantee of Authenticity".

Condition Codes Explained

10 - MINT : best rating 100% original condition no signs of wear damage
9 - EXCELLENT : 90% original condition only minor signs of use wear or tarnish
8 - VERY GOOD : 80% original condition very nice with only minor wear or tarnish
7 - GOOD : 70% original condition clean but used, noticeable flaws and signs of age
6 - AVERAGE : 60% original condition acceptable specimen with flaws typical for age
5 - FAIR : 50% original condition reflects years of use and storage
4 to 1 - GROUND DUG : items in this condition range are only acceptable as historical specimens recovered from battlefields or archaeological digs
