General issues

To receive your item(s) as soon as possible, please send an email quoting item ref: your location and we will let you know the item's availability.
You will then receive your total pricing which will include:

SHIPPING ( express delivery for most items or shippment of your choose ,like FEDEX)
INSURANCE (up to $1000)
TRACING  NUMBER (if requested )
You should receive a confirmation with your total price within a day.

PLEASE NOTICE : we are not taking any responsibilities for lost items !

If your prefer to pay by cashier's checks, money orders and cash but have security concerns, please send your payment by registered mail with a return receipt. This protects both parties if payment is somehow lost.

Item reserve
Reserve items are available only if a 25% deposit has been made , the item will be reserved for 30 days . Special arrangements can be made for higher priced items. Consignment items are not available for layaway unless the consignor agrees. Items placed in layaway for more than the agreed time period may not be eligible for the 7 day inspection/return policy if we feel buyer has abused the layaway agreement schedule and as a result inhibited other buyers from purchasing said item. Items not paid for in full in the agreed time period will be restocked, and payments will not be refunded. Please contact us to make new arrangements if a problem arises. We are easy to work with and understand that financial issues do arise and we have yet to have a buyer fail to complete his purchase. We strive to offer high quality items at a fair price, and to stand behind our merchandise, if you have concerns about an item, please do not ask us to put it on hold for you so other buyers are unable to make a legitimate purchase. We guarantee our items are authentic and as pictured and described on the site. Once the item is received you will have a 7 day inspection period. If you are not happy with the item for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping expenses.

Selling items to WW2GermanMilitaria

If you have WW2 german genuine items that you wish to offer to us for sale,send us :
- clear quality photographs.
- If possible let us know the price that you want.
- If we agree on the price,send us the items via post
- We will examine them for authenticity
- If everything is OK, we will forward payment to you by Paypal or International Money Order or a cash.
- If the items found to be unacceptable for reasons of authenticity (that we were not able determine from the photographs), we will return them to you at our cost.

Consignments

If you have genuine German WW2 items that you wish to sell on our site via consignment

THIS IS POSSIBLE !
We charge 15% of the sale price and $10(per item) for the web publishing .Our site is quite popular and is checked many times each day by people looking for WW2 german militaria to buy.
If they are been accepted by us for consignment, it will be clearly photographed, honestly described and will be offered for sale backed up by our "Guarantee of Authenticity".

Please note:Consignors are responsible for transportation expenses
& return of un-sold items

10. MINT - best rating 100% original condition no signs of wear damage
9. EXCELLENT - 90% original condition only minor signs of use wear or tarnish
8. VERY GOOD - 80% original condition very nice with only minor wear or tarnish.
7. GOOD - 70% original condition clean but used, noticeable flaws and signs of age
6. AVERAGE - 60% original condition acceptable specimen with flaws typical for age.
5. FAIR 50% original condition reflects years of use and storage
4 -1. GROUND DUG - items in this condition range are only Acceptable as historical specimens recovered from battlefields or archaeological digs.
