LUFTWAFFE OFFICER'S SWORD (Offizierschwert)
This early Luftwaffe Sword has highest quality nickel silver mounts.
The sword has a nickel/silver plated alloy cross guard and pommel.
The grip is a wood based type having outstanding original Moroccan blue leather covering.
The blade has on the edges some fighting nicks but still in overall good condition.
The trademark features the etched king holding an upward pointing sword. The king is sitting on the firm’s initials "SMF" and is positioned above an arch shaped town location "Solingen".
The scabbards leather covering is in overall good condition with a couple of minor scuff marks.
Nice early sword in overall good condition.

The nice quality Police Officer’s sword with perfect blade condition.
The reverse ricasso is well marked manufacturer’s logo, "Carl Eickhorn Solingen" other side stamped SS runes.
Handel has a Police eagle and wreath and an aluminum wire wrap all intact.
The top edge of the scabbard is also well marked with the stamped SS runes within an octagonal border.
The scabbard retains about 90% of its original black enamel painted finish.
