This is a Heer pull-over long sleeve shirt that has been warn in captivity by a German POW.
Pockets have been added using darker material- possibly a transfer from another shirt.
There are loops and buttons to accommodate slip on shoulder straps.
Finally, the shirt has the capital letters "PW" stencilled in red paint squarely on the back.
Very interesting, and with a story to tell.
