DAK AFRI COLA BOTTLES
Afri-Cola was the German made replacement for Coca-Cola during World War Two.
Widely attributed to the German Afrika Korps, the soda was actually sold to all German troops and became the top selling soda in Germany.
Afri-Cola, based on extracts of an African bean, was in this lovely bottle. Its logo was eerily similar to the famous Afrika Korps emblem.
On the bottle: Deutsche Afrika Corpus palm logo, lettering "AFRI COLA BRAUSENLIMONADE MIT KRÄUTER u.FRUCHTGESCHMACK COFFEINHALTIG".
Lower on the rim "Wortz.u.Ausstattg.ges.geschutzt.
On the bottom: "Afri-Urprodukte Bluna=Koln 18. 0,25L + Ge 2241
